How to Go Live on the Day of the Event Using the App

Follow these steps to start your live stream on the day of your event using the EventLive app.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the EventLive App

  1. Make sure you have downloaded the EventLive app on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Log to your account.

Step 2: Find Your Event

  1. On the main screen, look for your scheduled event.

  2. Tap on your event to open it.

Step 3: Start the Live Stream

  1. About one hour before your scheduled event time, the Go Live button will become active.

  2. Tap the Go Live button.

  3. Tap the red Record button to start streaming.

  4. You will see LIVE NOW at the top left corner when your stream is live and Good Signal button.

  5. If you need to Pause the live stream, tap the red record button and pause the live stream. You can resume the live stream as many times as you need within the 24 hour period from the time you started streaming.


Important Notes

  • The app will automatically record your event as you stream. The recording is saved both on EventLive servers and on your device for backup.

  • The Go Live button becomes active one hour before your scheduled event time.

  • You can do free test streams before your event by tapping the Test Live button.


  • If you have trouble logging in, double-check your email and password.

  • If the stream does not start, try closing and reopening the app.


Additional Tips

  • You can share your event link with guests before the event so they are ready to watch.
