Purchasing a Single Event

  1. Create or schedule your event in EventLive.

  2. Click the Publish button.

  3. The system will prompt you to pay for that one event.

  4. Complete your payment to activate your event.

Note:
You do not need to buy a package if you only want to stream one event. The system will only ask you to pay for the event you create.

Purchasing Multiple Events

You have two main options to purchase multiple events:

Option 1: Buy Events One by One

  1. Create and schedule each event separately.

  2. For each event, click Publish.

  3. Pay for each event as you go.

This is best if your events are on different dates or are not related.

Option 2: Multi-Day Event

  1. When creating your event, select the Multi-Day option.

  2. Choose the number of days you need (for example, 3 days for 3 consecutive events).

  3. Complete the payment for the multi-day event.

This is best if your events are on consecutive days.

Option 3: Event Packages (For Business Clients)

  • You can purchase packages of 5 or more events in advance. This is usually for business clients.

  • If you only see package options and want to buy a single event, just create and publish your event as described above.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Only seeing multiple event packages?
If you only see options for multiple event packages, try creating and publishing your event first. The system will then prompt you to pay for just that event.

  • Can't find the single event purchase option?
Make sure you have created and scheduled your event. The payment prompt appears after you click Publish.

Important Notes

  • EventLive is a pay-per-event system for most users.

  • Packages of 5 or more events are mainly for business clients.

  • You can always create and pay for events one at a time.
