If you notice that part of your livestream recording is missing, incomplete, or has missing parts, follow these steps to locate or recover your video.
This can happen due to low upload speed (poor internet) on location.
Check for a Local Backup on Your Device
EventLive usually saves a backup recording directly on the phone or device you used for streaming. Please follow the instructions HERE on how to find the back up recording on your device.
Step 5: If You Uploaded a Video After the Event
If you uploaded a video to your event link after the livestream, it will replace the original livestream video.
The original livestream video may still be available in our backups.
Contact EventLive support if you need to recover the original livestream.
Troubleshooting Tips
Always check your device for a local backup if the online replay is missing or incomplete.
If you had internet issues during the event, the local backup is your best option.
