How to Request a Credit for an Unused Event

If you have an event that was canceled or unused, you can get your event credit back or request a refund.


How to Get a Credit Back for an Unused Event

If the Event Has Not Happened Yet

  1. Log in to your EventLive account.

  2. Find the event you want to cancel in your dashboard.

  3. Click the trash can icon (šŸ—‘ļø) next to the event to delete it.

  4. When you delete an unused event, your credit is automatically returned to your account.

  5. You can use this credit for a future event.

Troubleshooting and Common Questions

I Used a Credit by Mistake on a Test or Canceled Event

  • Let us know which event it was.

  • We can add the credit back to your account.

  • For testing, use the ā€œTest Liveā€ button—test events are free and don’t use credits.

I Can’t Find the Delete (Trash Can) Icon

  • Make sure you are logged in to your account.

  • If you still don’t see it, contact support and we’ll help you.
