If you want to stream your event with multiple camera angles using EventLive, you will need to use professional cameras and broadcasting software. The EventLive app only allows streaming from one device at a time, so you cannot stream from multiple phones or tablets directly through the app.
Follow these steps to set up a multi-camera stream:
You will need:
Professional cameras (DSLR, GoPro, etc, etc.)
Laptops or computers
Audio equipment (optional, for better sound)
Broadcasting software (such as OBS Studio)
Reliable internet connection
Set Up Your Broadcasting Software
Using OBS Studio
Download and install OBS Studio from obsproject.com.
Add each camera as a "Source" in OBS.
Arrange your camera angles in OBS.
Set up your audio source (microphone or sound system).
Get your EventLive stream key and server URL from your EventLive event page.
Enter the stream key and server URL into OBS under "Settings" > "Stream".
Step 5: Start Your Stream
In your broadcasting software, click "Start Streaming".
Your stream will go live on your EventLive event page.
Use the software to switch between camera angles during the event.
Important Notes
The EventLive app does not support streaming from multiple devices at the same time.
You need someone to operate the broadcasting software and switch between camera angles.
Troubleshooting Tips
If a camera is not showing up in your broadcasting software, check the connection and make sure the camera is supported.
If you have audio issues, double-check your audio source settings in the software.
Make sure your internet connection is stable for the best streaming quality.
Additional Tips
Practice your setup before the event to make sure everything works smoothly.
Assign someone to monitor the stream and switch camera angles as needed.
