You can check how many people watched your event and see a list of guests who interacted with your event. Here’s how to find this information using the EventLive app or website.

How to See Viewer Stats

You can view stats for both live viewers and replay viewers.

In the EventLive App

  1. Open the EventLive app.

  2. Tap on your event.

  3. Tap the Download/Stats button.

On the Web

  1. Log in with your EventLive account.

  2. Click on your event.

  3. Click the Download/Stats button.

What you’ll see:
- The number of people (devices) who watched live
- The number of people (devices) who watched the replay

How to See a List of Guests

EventLive only collects information from guests who interact with your event in certain ways.

To See a List of Guests Who Opted In

  1. Open your event in the app or on the web.

  2. Tap or click the Guest List & Invite tab.

You will see:
- Guests who signed the guestbook
- Guests who opted in for reminders

- Guests who were added to the guest list

  • If you had your Privacy Settings set to "Require all guests to enter their name and e-mail to attend event", the names / emails of all the guests will be on the Guest List

Important:
- For privacy reasons, EventLive does not collect information about all viewers.
- You will only see names or emails for guests who entered their information (for example, by signing the guestbook or requesting reminders).

Troubleshooting

  • Not seeing any guest names?
Only guests who signed the guestbook or opted in for reminders will appear in the list.

  • Want to know exactly who watched?
EventLive does not track all viewers. Only guests who enter their email or sign the guestbook are shown.

Additional Tips

  • You can check stats and guest lists both during and after your event.

  • If you need a record, you can download the stats from the Download/Stats button.

  • For privacy, EventLive does not collect or display information about viewers who do not interact with your event.
