Change Your Email Address in EventLive
You can update the email address linked to your EventLive account. Here’s how to do it:
Log in with your current email address and password.
Go to your profile (upper right corner)
Click Update Profile
Change your email
The changes will be saved automatically

The Email Change Does Not Save
If you change your email and it reverts back to the old one, or you still have trouble logging in with the new email, please contact EventLive Support at [email protected].
Forgot Which Email You Used
If you are not sure which email you used to sign up, contact [email protected] with your name and any event details you remember. We can help you find your account.
Signed Up With Apple ID or Social Login
If your account uses an Apple ID (for example, an email ending in
@privaterelay.appleid.com
), you may not be able to change your email directly in the app or console.If you try to change it and it does not save, please contact support with your current Apple ID email and the new email you want to use.
Important Notes
If you cannot access your old email or have trouble logging in, support can update your email for you. Just provide your current email and the new one you want to use.
Additional Tips
Always double-check your new email address for typos before saving.
After changing your email, use the new email to log in next time.
