How to Add a Custom Logo to the Live Streaming Page

For Business Accounts

To add your own logo to your EventLive streaming page, you need to have a Business account. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Check Your Account Type

  1. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the EventLive dashboard.

  2. Select Update Profile.

  3. Look for Account Type.

  4. If you see "Business" selected, continue to the next step.

  5. If you have an Individual or Personal account, change it to Business.

Note: There is no extra cost for switching to a Business account. You will have the same pricing options as before.

Step 2: Upload Your Logo

  1. In the Update Profile section, look for the option to upload your logo.

  2. Click to upload your logo file (PNG or JPG recommended).

  3. Add a link, to make your logo clickable

  4. Save your changes.

Your logo will now appear on every event page you create, replacing the EventLive logo.


For Individual or Personal Accounts

Custom logos are only available for Business accounts. If you have an Individual or Personal account, only the EventLive logo will be shown.


Troubleshooting Tips

  • Logo not showing up?
    Make sure you have saved your changes after uploading the logo. Refresh your event page to check if the logo appears.

  • Still see the EventLive logo?
    Double-check that your account type is set to Business. If it is, and your logo still doesn’t show, contact support at [email protected].


Additional Tips

  • You can also embed your live stream on your own website. The embed code is available in the Embed tab of the event (paid events only).
