If you need a receipt or invoice for your EventLive payment, follow these steps based on how you paid.
If You Paid by Credit Card
E-mail receipt is always sent to you automatically once the payment is completed.
If you haven't received a receipt, contact EventLive support with your payment details (name, email, and event if possible).
The support team will send your receipt or invoice directly to your email.
Download the attached PDF or image file from the email.
Tip: If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
If You Paid via Apple App Store
Apple sends a receipt to your Apple ID email address after your purchase.
To find your receipt or invoice:
Open the email from Apple, or
Visit your Apple purchase history.
Important: EventLive cannot send Apple receipts directly. You must get them from Apple.
If You Paid via Google Play Store
Google sends a receipt to your Google account email after your purchase.
To find your invoice:
Open the email from Google, or
Visit your Google Play purchase history: Google Play Receipts Help
Important: EventLive cannot send Google Play receipts directly. You must get them from Google.
Troubleshooting and Common Issues
I did not receive an emailed invoice or receipt
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you are checking the correct email account used for the purchase.
If you still cannot find it, contact EventLive support with your payment details.
I need a record of all payments
Contact EventLive support and request a record of your payments.
Include your email address and any relevant event information.
Additional Tips
Always provide your payment method and email address when contacting support. This helps us find your payment quickly.
If you need a receipt for reimbursement (for example, for work or church events), let us know. We can send a PDF invoice for your records.
For in-app purchases (Apple or Google), receipts must be obtained from the App store or Google Play, not EventLive.
