How to Send Event Invitations from a Personal Email Address

You can invite guests to your EventLive event by sending them your event link from your own email address. This lets you write a personal message and use your preferred email style.

Copy your event link (evt.live/....) and include it in your personalized email.

Other Ways to Share Your Event Link

  • You can also send your event link by text message, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or post it on social media.

  • Just copy and paste the link wherever you want to invite people.


Troubleshooting and Tips

If Your Link Isn’t Working

  • Double-check that you copied the full link.

  • Make sure you did not change the link after sending it to guests. If you change the link, the old one will not work.

If You Want a More Formal Invitation

  • EventLive’s built-in invitation system sends a simple email with event details.

  • If you want a more stylized or formal invitation, you can use a third-party service like Paperless Post. Just include your EventLive link in the invitation.

If You Don’t Have All Email Addresses

  • You can share your event link by text, messenger apps, or post it on social media so everyone can join.


Important Notes

  • You do not have to use the EventLive Guest List or invitation system. Sending the link yourself works just as well.
