EventLive allows you to stream your event over multiple days using the same event link. This is helpful if you want your viewers to use one URL for the entire event, even if it lasts more than 24 hours. Here’s how you can set up a multi-day event and what you need to know.
How to Set Up a Multi-Day Event with the Same URL
If you haven't created your event yet, make sure to select Multi-Day option when setting up the event.
If you have already created the event, you can go to "Title, Date, Time, Event Link, Uploads" and click Multi-Day event option. Choose the number of days. Each additional day will be charged an additional fee (the same as the first day).
You and your viewers can use the same URL for all days of your event.
Everything you stream each day will be added to the same video replay at that link.
After enabling multi-day streaming, your event link will be valid for the entire duration you selected.
Important Notes
By default, each event link is valid for 24 hours. You must enable the multi-day option and pay the additional fee to extend the link for more days.
Troubleshooting and Common Questions
I already bought an event. Can I add more days?
Yes. Go to the "Title, Date, Time, Event Link, Uploads" tab, change the event date if needed, and select the Multi-day option. Pay for the extra days to keep the same link.
Can I test my streaming setup before the event?
Yes. You can test your connection any time using our free test events.
Will the replay include all days?
Yes. Everything you stream to the event link will be available in the replay at the same URL.
