Most of the platform and app features are self-serve and should not require any additional support. Please make sure to use our free test events to try the app before your event.

If your event is outside of US Eastern Time Zone business hours, our support team may not be immediately available.

Additional Tips
The replay of your livestream will be available at the same link right after the event and will stay online for one year.
The guests do not need to sign up or download anything to watch the stream—just open the link.
