As the host of your EventLive event, you can delete comments from the Guestbook at any time—before, during, or after your event. This helps you keep your event page friendly and welcoming for all your guests.
How to Delete Guestbook Comments
You can delete comments using the EventLive app or through the broadcaster website.
Open the EventLive app on your device or Broadcaster console on the web.
Go to your event.
Tap the Guestbook tab.
Find the comment you want to delete.
Tap the delete option next to the comment.
Important Notes
Only the event host can delete comments from the Guestbook.
You can delete comments at any time, even after your event has ended.
Guestbook comments cannot be edited, only deleted.
Troubleshooting
Can’t find the delete option?
Make sure you are logged in as the event host. Only hosts have permission to delete comments.Worried about unwanted comments?
You can remove any comment at any time. Event links are private by default and not searchable online, but you can always delete any message that appears in your Guestbook.
Additional Tips
If you are testing the Guestbook before your event, you can delete any test comments the same way.
