How to Remove Someone from the Guest List

If you need to remove a guest from your EventLive guest list, follow these steps.


Steps to Remove a Guest from the Guest List

  1. Log in to your EventLive account at https://broadcaster.eventlive.pro

  2. Open your event.

  3. Go to the Guest List section.

  4. Find the guest you want to remove.

  5. Remove the guest from the list.


Important Notes

  • Event Link Access: If the guest has already received the event link by email, removing them from the guest list will not stop them from accessing your event unless you make the event "Invite Only".

  • Extra Security: To prevent removed guests from joining, you can:

  • Change the event link

  • Make the event "Invite Only"


Troubleshooting Tips

  • If you do not see the option to remove a guest, make sure you are logged in as the event host.


Additional Tips

  • Removing a guest from the guest list does not delete their guestbook messages. If you want to remove a message or photo from the guestbook, go to the Guestbook tab in your event and delete the message there.
