How much data does the app use for streaming?
The app uses 1GB of data per hour of streaming.
Is the video being saved on the phone? How much space do I need to free up?
The app will always save the video to the device, as long as there's enough Storage Space. It asks for permission to Photos to be able to save it in Photos Gallery. In certain cases, and if there's not enough space, the app may not be able to copy the video from Files to Photos. You can then find the video in Files app. We advise to keep and backup the saved video as it may be better quality. The saved video is taking up 6GB of phone Storage space per hour. Is it better to live stream on WiFi or 4G (LTE)?
WiFi can be better than 4G inside, but 4G may be better outside. Do a quick test to find out what works best. The app has a helpful "Poor Signal" indicator, if it comes up, you might want to try to move closer to the signal, or switch from 4G to WiFi or vice-versa.
