How to invite guests to your live stream event
Once you create your private event, you will receive a private link right away. You can copy and paste this link and share it any way you like. E-mail, text message, facebook messenger, printed invites, etc. work great.
You can also use our Invitation system to invite your guests to the live stream.
Please open our Broadcaster console. Click on your event and select Guest List.
Next select Add Guest and enter Guest's Name and e-mail to send out the invite.
If you would like to add a list to the platform, please import CSV file and invites will be sent out to everyone on the list automatically.
Automatic notifications will go out to all the guests on the guest list 24 hours, 1 hour before the event and once the event is live. The guests will also receive automatic notifications each time you go live within the 24 hour period (but not more than one e-mail in 30 minutes).
There are couple of great option including Paperless post and Evite that offer nice and easy online invitations.
