How do I download my video

The video is also recorded to our servers and download link will be e-mailed automatically 24 hours after your event scheduled time. The link can also be found in the Event Settings after stream is complete.

EventLive's service depends on the internet connection. If there are any interruptions in connection or poor internet signal, unfortunately the video might not be transmitted and/ or recorded to our servers.Always have a backup for recording purposes only (videographer, another camera or phone) to make sure the live stream is not the only recording of your event.

The live video is recorded locally, directly on your phone or tablet as you stream (to your Photos / Video library). Please make sure there is enough available storage on your device before streaming, so the video can be recorded on your device. Find out how to find recording on your local device.
