Check your device for a local copy of the recording. EventLive automatically saves a copy on the phone or device used for streaming.

Restoring a deleted livestream or recording is only possible if you contact support. There is no self-service restore option at this time.

If you have your own backup copy of the video, you can re-upload it to your event.

If you upload a new video, it will replace the existing stream. Contact support if you need to combine videos or restore the original.

Always keep a backup copy of your livestream on your device, especially if the event is important.
